Wheel pump
This pump consists of a water wheel with blades and a spiral flexible pipe attached to the wheel.
This pump basically consists of a water wheel with a certain number of blades and a spiral of flexible tubing fixed to the same wheel; the wheel rotates around its horizontal axis, always remaining partially submerged in the water flow; the water flow itself moves the wheel. In each rotation the end of the pipe is submerged and collects a certain amount of water. When rotating when it is not submerged, it also collects a certain amount of air. This core of water passes through the spiral, followed by the core of air, while the wheel continues to rotate. A new core of water enters the tube with each revolution, and also a new core of air; thus, a series of alternating cores of water and air travel through the interior of the spiral as the wheel rotates, finally being directed towards the axle of the wheel, which has a sealed rotating union, where it is connected to a fixed tube, which will carry the water from the pump to the reservoir.
