Regional Fund for Agricultural Technology “Increasing Bovine Productivity in the South American Chaco”
A project to increase productivity (weaning rate and kg/ha/year) in cattle breeding, rearing, and fattening systems in the South American Chaco region proposes a comprehensive intervention approach in livestock producer populations to activate rural development processes by coordinating profitable primary production, thereby contributing to project implementation. The project will also contribute to selecting livestock farms based on their agroecological and socioeconomic potential, and will carry out monitoring work with technical visits and collection of production and reproductive data from small and medium-sized livestock producers in the departments of Presidente Hayes and Boquerón (Paraguay).
