Water resources management in the INTERAGUAS Program

The PCT includes the technical cooperation, coordination, and management actions necessary for the implementation of Component 1 – Water Resources Management of the Water Sector Development Program – INTERÁGUAS. This program will contribute to strengthening planning and management capacity in the water sector, especially in the country's less developed regions. Its objectives include: i) increasing the efficiency of water use and service delivery; ii) increasing the sustainable supply of water in adequate quantity and quality for multiple uses; and iii) improving the use of public resources in the water sector, reducing deficiencies in intersectoral articulation and coordination.
