The Caribbean Agricultural Productivity Enhancement Activity (CAPA) is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to improve food security in the Caribbean. It is a three-component project, with IICA as the primary sub-recipient responsible for the third component. The IICA-managed component is a three-year project that will aim to strengthen the skills and capacities of public and private sector extension service providers in seven countries.
