Strengthening the skills, capacity, and extension systems of the public and private sectors to transfer best practices to smallholder farmers in the Caribbean
The Caribbean Agricultural Productivity Enhancement Activity (CAPA) is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to improve food security in the Caribbean. It is a three-component project, with IICA as the primary sub-recipient responsible for the third component. The IICA-managed component is a three-year project that will aim to strengthen the skills and capacities of public and private sector extension service providers in seven countries.
